Very easy to use. Beats the crap out of paper and pencil. When the pain gets progressively worse, this app makes tracking your contractions a snap. Easy to see trends to tell how far away or close you are.

Were having our fourth baby; this was a great app for tracking and recording contractions. The ability to email the log is also very helpful.
Nice and simple to use. Was an excellent app to use for the few hours we needed it! A way of resuming or editing individual contractions wouldve been handy. Also a simple charting of contractions over a timeline wouldve been helpful.
I had to time my own contractions as my husband was too busy packing food and getting the rest of our bags ready for the hospital. This is a very application to use! The only negative is that it doesnt keep the information log for long. I wanted to see the log about a month later to check the frequency of my contractions and they were no longer in the application.
This is a pretty simple contraction timing app, but thats all I was looking for - so I wouldnt have to do math while in labor. There are a couple of things Id love to see added - when a contraction is deleted it would be SO nice if the app would recalculate the frequency between the last two contractions - but that is frozen once a contraction is stopped. It would also be really nice if you could manually edit start and stop times somehow (for when you thought your contraction was over....but it wasnt. Or for when you didnt get to your iPod right when the contraction started etc. In any case - Im in labor right now, and am thankful for the app :).
Need time and date . Be able to email it.
Worked great for a few hours. Then it kept crashing. Wasnt able to retrieve my info. Of course, this was going on while my wife was in labor. Moral of the story? Use pen and paper.
My wife is due any day, I just downloaded it as it seemed to have the best user interface of the others... Tested it and seems really good, was just complaining to my wife that I dont have a way to count seconds on my phone.... Two small suggestions: 1. would be nice to have a save feature though email also works 2. When I click reset it does not change the counter to 0 until I click start again... Really minor issue for a great app THANKS
I need to know what time the contraction happened and date. This would be a great app if you could add the time and date
Does what it needed to do...nothing more, nothing less. It has a straight forward interface, is priced right, and was built by someone that listens to feedback to improve their product (always a plus!). Couple of suggestions (not sure if theyre good or not) would be the ability to be able to delete false contractions and have a way change the settings so that once you start the app, it starts the countdown. Let me know if these help or not. Thanks!
Long story short- my husband was recording my contractions for 20min when it randomly erased the entries! Not the time you want it to stop working!!!
I used this application to keep track of my contractions during the labor of my second child. It was great to have the ability to just push an onscreen button at the start and finish of each contraction and have the app keep track of the length and frequency of contractions. Since I was also watching my toddler daughter through early labor, it was really great to be able to just have the application document the labor and to also be able to exit and enter the application quickly so that I could make phone calls, check email and do other things during my 32+ hour labor. I really liked the large numbers on the clock; I was easily able to check it during a contraction and determine approximately how much longer it would last. It was handy to be able to email the contraction log as well. The one feature that I wished this app had is the ability to delete a contraction if you accidentally touched the onscreen button. Otherwise, it was very, very useful for me.
Thank you for such a great app. I am currently awaiting my son to arrive and as my wife is sleeping I will use the time to say thank you!
Such a great app for such a great price. I kept track of my contractions religiously with this app and it never failed on me once. I emailed all my logs so i could print and keep for babys scrapbook. Thanks for the great app!
I started using the app, but of course ny husband ended up tracking everything as the night progressed. we were both SO pleased with your application keeping track at a time when we couldnt have focused on much! my husband made a point of showing off your app to our midwife and all the labor & delivery staff. thank you!
Used it throughout a night of contractions and it worked flawlessly. No crashes, no problems, and it was easy to keep track of an average. If there was anything to update about the app, I would want the Summary screen to be able to average based on a time period or number of contractions (average over last 5 contractions or over last hour, etc.) as an average over the entire night can be a little misleading. However, that is looking to the next version - good luck.
Rolling average versus total average. An intelligent time based/event based rolling average for the summary screen. Currenty it averages from all contractions
Overall a good app. However it needs the ability to manual add a contraction and edit recorded contractions. It would also be helpful to have a timer that would estimate how long until the next contraction based on the average time between contractions. Overall needs a little more work but it is simple to use. Will update rating if changes are made.
The contraction summary was helpful when things started getting stressful. Definately helped
Best 99 cents I have spent for an app. Worked great for my wife and works great for helping track feedings! Thanks the the great inexpensive app.
